Welcome

Welcome to The Pink Locket. We value our relationship with our customers, both new and old. Our philosophy is to build long last relationships with our customers by providing them with beautiful jewelry and accessories.

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal only. Paypal allows you to make payments using a major credit card, debit card and check. If paying via Paypal by check, please be aware your order will be shipped once your check clears, which can take up to 4-5 business days.

Shipping

All items are shipped first class mail via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery certification. If paying by Paypal via credit/debit you order will be shipped within 3-4 business days. If your paying by Paypal via check your order will be shipped within 3-4 business AFTER your payment clears, which can take up to 4-5 business days.

FREE shipping ONLY applies to domestic packages sent 1st class via USPS, for all other shipping options you will be invoiced via PAYPAL.

ALL international packages sent via 1st Class International USPS, shipping rates will be included at checkout. For all other shipping options you will be invoiced a shipping balance via PAYPAL.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges and store credits are welcome on the following items: necklaces, bracelets, rings, clutches and belts. No exchanges or returns on earrings. If you would like to exchange or receive a store credit on your item, please contact us at info [!at] thepinklocket.com for return information. Returns and/or exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. We allow exchanges on items damaged via shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Some of my jewelry pieces can be personalized or made custom to your liking, just convo or email me. All custom orders require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due upon completion of jewelry piece.
