The Present Pantry
thepresentpantry's Shop Policies
Welcome to The Present Pantry! All items are handmade by me in my pet free, smoke free home.
I also have vintage patterns, some crafting goodies, and fun things I find while antiquing! Enjoy!
Accepting Paypal only. Please pay within 24 hours.
I use USPS standard shipping. You can upgrade to priority if you'd like, you just need to let me know and change the listing. For larger items I almost always use Priority Mail. I ship within two days (usually less than 24 hours), except custom orders, or unless otherwise posted. I can also rush or overnight items as well.
I am not responsible for orders once they have been shipped. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, let me know in the comments section of your payment. Please make sure you have verified your correct shipping address.
If you are anywhere other than the United States and are interested in an item, convo me and I will reserve your listing and get you an accurate shipping amount.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with the items you receive. If my product does not meet your expectations, please send it back to me and you can exchange it for something else. Sorry, no refunds. You will be responsible for the return postage and insurance, and I will pay the postage on the new item from the exchange if the item you returned was damaged somehow.
Any return must be received within 7 days from the date the item was received by the buyer. No exchanges will be possible after 7 days.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I will gift wrap and ship to a different address.
I also do wholesale.

Most of the quiet books should also only be used with adult supervision. They may contain small pieces that could also pose a choking hazard.
