We can prepare the items for you, but we do not provide any sort of spell or ritual casting on behalf of the customer at this time. We believe that a large part of workings come from the practitioner and their energy in preparing and/or working the spell/ritual themselves. For most of our items we will list particular common uses and associations of that particular item. These should not be considered as all possible associations or uses. The spell/ritual information provided with spell/ritual kits can be viewed as suggestions and the customer can always create, alter or reword any spell/ritual to meet their particular needs or how they see fit. We provide spell/rituals that have been created for that specific item or that have been part of our shoppe's Book of Shadows for a very long time. But as with any magickal working, the customer/practitioner is the one who creates the magick...we just help by providing some of the tools!

Our physical shoppe has always prided itself on being highly personable and online should be no different. We understand that not everyone is experienced and may not know what to do or how to proceed...for that we do offer our own experiences and suggestions based on our own beliefs and practices. Keep in mind that every suggestion we provide is individual and may not work for every practitioner and we make no guarantees or accept any liability based on our suggestions. The practitioners at our shoppe have over 30 years of experience and knowledge in various beliefs and practices varying from Traditional Witchcraft and Occultism to various "old school" Pagan beliefs and traditions to Neo-Paganistic beliefs and traditions.

We do accept returns and exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please contact us regarding returns/refunds. SOME ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE due to the nature of the item, but we will do our best to come to a mutually agreeable solution. We will generally not refund for an item returned that is not in original condition, has not been approved for return or is an item that is non-returnable. We do not refund for items that "did not work"; please review our policies before purchasing. Verify your address when ordering; we will not refund shipping for incorrect addresses or returns. International orders: we are not responsible for customs issues & returns are subject to a restocking fee for unclaimed, refused or returned orders.
