The Story

I love finding unique fabrics in local MN shops, uncovering their potential, and creating new accessories to inspire the Curious.

The Traveling Cabinet is the product of one lovely (and lonely) summer after college graduation, a yard of leftover linen and my grandmother's sewing machine.
Inspired by my old travel journal and the valley where I live, I love taking inspiration from the places I’ve traveled - from Europe to the Middle East, Asia to Australia.

But The Traveling Cabinet isn't just a place to consume, its a place to give. At this time, 10% of The Traveling Cabinet's profits go to support relief efforts and missions overseas, with plans to do more in the future.
