Thanks for visiting The Yellow Peony's Etsy Shop.
The Yellow Peony was started out of a love for creating beautiful accessories that make women feel special on their big day.
I accept payments through PayPal and credit card.
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Then a refund must be approved by The Yellow Peony before it can be returned for a refund.
I ship all pieces first class mail. If you need a quicker shipping method, please contact me before purchasing the item. If you purchase it before, I will send you a money order on PayPal for the shipping upgrade.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions and to use quality photographs, as well as encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish before you purchase an item. Once in a while, there may be damage to your product, either due to production or shipping. This is the ONLY case in which I offer refunds (see below).
ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT COLOR BEFORE BUYING
Please research carefully and ask as many questions as you want BEFORE purchasing an item. I will not offer a refund if the flower does not match your dress because I provide ample pictures of fabric colors and offer you the choice of colors.
If you have a concern about your product that has been received, such as "wrong color" "changed mind" or "don't like", the buyer must pay return shipping on the item and a $15 fee for their product to be remade in another color or with another edit OR exchanged with another item, not including the additional fee if the other product has a price difference.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of the bridal industry, refunds are ONLY accepted if the item is damaged. Picutres must be emailed to haley [!at] theyellowpeony.com for approval to return. Refunds will not be processed until the item is received and assessed to be in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Refunds will also not be accepted on items returned after the customer's wedding date.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I love to do custom orders when I can. Please contact me to see if I am able to take on your custom order at this time. My availability changes depending on the amount of orders I have.
My turnaround time for custom orders is 4 weeks, but I may have it done earlier. If you need the piece by a specific date, let me know and I will work with you. There are additional fees for rush processing AND rush shipping.
For custom orders, I have a drop-dead date, when the purchaser can not make any changes, edits or additional requests to their custom order. For custom orders with a 2-week turnaround, That date is 3 days after you place the order. All requests or directions must be given by that day because I need to know what I need in terms of supplies and I have to get to work on your piece. :) For custom orders that are being rushed, the drop-dead date for requests/changes/edits is one week before you need it in your hands. This applies to orders for 1 flower fascinator or accessory. If the order is larger, the drop-dead date may be a day earlier because of the volume of the order.
