4 out of 5 starsI had a great experience with my first kit. It arrived quickly and the directions from the YouTube videos were very easy to follow for a beginner. Unfortunately, I ordered a second one and it never shipped. I contacted the owner 4 times and never once got a response so I had to file a claim with Etsy... Update: seller refunded money and still sent the item.

Custom and personalized orders
We gladly accept custom orders. If you have an idea that is different from anything listed please feel free to send a message to us and we can get started building your order.
Sizing details
Some of our embroidery hoops are offered in various sizes. If they are offered in various sizes you will see a photo in the listing showing the available options, and will be prompted to choose a size when ordering.
Care instructions
Our embroidery hoops are made from cotton fabric and embroidery floss. They will be damaged if any liquid is poured on them, so leaving them outdoors is not the best location. It is not easy to remove any stain that might get on the embroidery hoop, but the best way to try is by using a stain remover with a cotton swab and dabbing the area.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each order is wrapped in a simple, but special package. There are photos of our packaging in the listing photos. If you would like a special message to the recipient please don't hesitate to ask!
Wholesale availability
Some of our products are available for wholesale purchase. If you are interested, please send us an email to hello@thistleandthreaddesign.com and we can give you our line sheet with the available hoops, pricing, and minimums.
