Can I get a digital file in a custom size?
If you require a digital file in a different size than what is included, please send me a message with what you are looking for.
Where can I print my digital art?
You have the following options:
> print at home on your printer
> print at a local print shop
> print at an online print service such as mpix, shutterfly, fedex, office depot, costco, walgreens. I personally prefer mpix.com for the best quality.
Where can I locate my digital purchases in my account?
After purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
If you purchased as a "guest," you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folders, or if using Gmail the social/promotions tabs.
Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile phone or tablet does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, but you have to open your Etsy account on your device's internet browser and navigate to your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
