Congratulations on your big day and thanks for checking out my shop! Below, you will find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions, and a walkthrough of the order process.
Ordering:
I currently have listings for some of my most popular quantities of packets ordered. However, I am more than happy to create a custom listing for you with the amount you like. I’ve done as few as 20, and as many as 300…the amount really is up to you and your needs for your big day. Once payment is received I will be in communication with you to find out some of the basics. Things I generally need to know are the wedding date, names/initials of bride and groom (if planning to use a monogram), wedding colors, and how many packets you are looking to order. It is also helpful to know what you are looking for in your seal.
Papers:
Please keep in mind that I am limited to what paper stores have in stock at the time of your purchase. Please try not to get you heart set on a specific paper, as it may no longer be in production. Generally speaking, the solid and shimmer colors you see are always available, but the patterns constantly change with the seasons. Some patterns I almost always have access too are the translucent vellum vines (silver & white), purple damask, & gold polka dot vellum as shown in some of my photos. These make fantastic compliments to any solid shade. I’ll always do my best to find papers that you love, and will always send you photos with the available options for you to see and approve before starting your order.
Seals:
Currently, I am able to print on ivory or white circular seals. Some of the fancier seals you see with pictures (trees, scrolls, etc…) are generally pre-made monograms that were sent to me by previous brides. If you have a monogram image you have been using, I’d be happy to see if I can make it work for your seal. I can also try my best to add in “for your tears of joy” if you would like it on the image. I’m no graphic design expert, but I do my best to work with them.
If you do not already have an image you have been using, I’d be happy do design a simple monogram with names, initials, dates, poems, etc. It is a good idea to take a look at the various photos in my listings to see if there are any monogram styles I have done that you really like. This is very helpful to me, as I am able to see what kinds of things you are looking for in your seal. I am happy to change the colors/fonts on any monogram to make it exactly what you are looking for. I generally use Microsoft for creating the seals, and can use any font available in the program. I also have access to Scriptina, which is a very pretty wedding font.
Timing:
Please keep in mind that I generally request a week to complete an order once everything has been chosen, as each individual packet is handmade by me. Furthermore, it generally takes 5-7 days for orders to be received once shipped. Please keep this two week time frame in mind when placing your order. It also generally takes a few days for brides to decide what seals, colors, papers they want through back and forth communication with me. Overall, it’s better to order sooner rather than later!
If you have any more questions please feel free to ask! I'll do my best to accomdate whatever it is you are looking for to help make your big day special and unique.
