*** 01/28/13 My apologies for the drastic increase in international shipping rates, but the cost of overseas postage through the USPS has basically doubled in this most recent rate hike. I have held my shipping prices firm through the last several increases, but this one has made that impossible. I am now charging as close to the actual international first class shipping rate as I can estimate ahead of time. If your actual package weight results in a lesser cost I will gladly refund the difference.***
