Thank you so much for visiting our shop. We like to work with customers to help make their buying experience fun and as stress free as possible.
Because of the high demand of our pieces, we have a wait time on our barn wood pieces. We make everything in the order that it is purchased in to be fair to everyone. Currently, we are 10-12 weeks out on orders.
If you would rather pay with a debt/credit card and not use PayPal, let us know. We would be happy to take the payments or gift cards through Etsy.
We can also take your order over the phone or by email.
We use Intuit card services and can take your payments and then we will email you a receipt.
If you write an ECHECK through PayPal, we will hold your item until PayPal lets us know that it has cleared. This usually takes about 5 business days.
If we have worked out payments, the total balance is due before the items will be shipped. If you have asked to make payments, an we don't hear back from you and you don't make the final payment within 2 weeks, I will open the listing up for anyone to buy it and you first deposit is nonrefundable.
If your item is retuned to us, we will try to notify you. If we do not hear back from you after 2 weeks, we will relist the item and open it for anyone to purchase.
We are happy to reserve one of our ready to ship items for you. We can add a note to the listing that is being reserved for you. However, there is a chance someone could still purchase it. If this happens, we would be happy to make you another one if at all possible. The item can be held for 2 weeks. After that, we will have to take the reserve off of it.
Most shipments are made via UPS or USPS or Freight.
Please understand that once an item ships, we do not have any control over the shipping times, especially when it ships out of the country.
We will ship all of our items through USPS or UPS if it is under 100lbs.
If your item weighs over 100lbs, we prefer to send it through a freight company. Even though UPS will ship up to 100lbs, they do NOT take care of items and things become damaged. Shipping through Freight will cost a little more. However, we would rather have it arrive in perfect condition the first time around.
All freight shipments will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Because we take all freight shipments to the freight terminals 30 miles away in order to save our customers money, It's just to time consuming to take them everyday.
If you order something that has to be shipped freight, We can usually send it to your home. If you would like to pick it up at the freight terminal, it will save you about $75-$100 in most cases.
If you live close to SW Missouri, you are more than welcome to pick them up at our workshop. We have also delivered items in person all over the country. There is a delivery fee of $50.00 if we need to drive more than 30 miles. After that there will be a $.40 per mile charge.
You are also welcome to come and pick your order up at our shop if you'd like to save on all shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for ANY REASON please e-mail at your earliest convenience. If you have decided you don't like an item after you receive it, you may return the item at your cost for a refund. If it's returned within two weeks, in perfect condition for resale, we will refund the purchase amount.

Your feedback is highly valued and appreciated but please be gracious and contact us to resolve any issues. We do our best to earn a 5 star rating but If you feel that there is something we can change to do better please let us know before you leave a lower rating.
If your order arrived broken from shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. We will need pictures of it in order to file a claim. We will work with you to resolve it and remake the piece if needed. We will issue you a return label so that you can return it back to us.
We will stand by our work and want to work with you to resolve any issues that you may have.
Additional Policies and FAQs
***Starting December 1st, Jeff will no longer work 18hrs a day 7 days a week building things. We will also be taking Sundays off. This may cause even longer delays and we are sorry. After 3 years working this much, with only a day off every few months, he physically and mentally can no longer work these long hours.****
**Please understand that all of our custom orders are made in the order that they are purchased in. Because of this, our lead times can change day to day. Some times our wait times do go longer than expected because of this. **
