She gave me advice, explained how all of it works in regard to measurements for custom fit, if slips or bandeau are included, shipping etc. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. She also sent me a few extra searches no charge to show me some complimentary colors too. Luckily, the color swatch I needed was PERFECT. I’m getting my groups measurements in the next few weeks!

Dress Lead Time & Rush Orders
Dresses are handmade and shipped within EIGHT (8) weeks of the order date. You'll receive an email from Etsy with your tracking number once shipped.
Need your dress quicker? Add a rush to your order

Please note: this service guarantees a particular shipping time-frame, not when the dress will be delivered. Please take delivery time into consideration when ordering.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING within the US!
FABRIC SAMPLES ship using regular stamped First Class Mail. It is not tracked or insured. Upgrades are available during checkout for faster delivery with tracking.
DRESSES and all other items ship with USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Packages should arrive within 2-4 business days within the US.
Upgrade to Express Mail during checkout for faster guaranteed delivery: 1-2 business days within the US.
Fabric Color Samples / Swatches
If color is important PLEASE order fabric samples. Colors displayed online may not be accurate to real life.

Dress Sizing
Each dress is custom-made for the best fit possible.
Please provide the following measurements rounded to the nearest inch (or cm):
* 1. BUST: around fullest part of bust.
* 2. UNDER-BUST: around ribs, just under the bust.
* 3. LENGTH from Under-bust (or waistband) to bottom of dress.
* 4. HEIGHT (i.e. 5'11").
See Measurement Diagram in all dress listings for more information.
Care Instructions
Hand wash or launder with gentlest cycle in a mesh garment bag in cold water; hang or lay flat to dry. I do not recommend placing dresses in the dryer.
Steamers are best to remove any stubborn wrinkles.
