Tommy Mama is an enigma, a jack of numerous artistic trades and skills. Mr. Mama most likely possesses some psychological defect which prevents him from putting all his time and effort into one creative endeavor. The result is a deep well of images and media which touch multiple disciplines and philosophies.

If there is a way to categorize his body of work, it is that it betrays a strong interest (and often dismay) in how we, the First World culture, go about living and consuming on this planet.
