Our turnaround time has lengthened a bit. If you have a 'pending order with us, our turnaround time is now 22 -30 non-holiday weekdays, due to the amount of orders we are receiving. Nothing personal we promise! We do EVERYTHING handmade and it just takes longer, if we rush your order, you will be unhappy. As an extra thank you for all of your patience awaiting your orders, we will be including a generous amount of extra treats in each order. Your order is very important to us and we ask that you please give us grace, we are a new growing small family business and we are working REALLY hard, many hours to make your order so perfect and 100% handmade. We truly are all about making you quality delectables...not a speedy delivery. The exceptions for orders that do not fall into our extended turnaround time would be Father's Day orders, Quick Ships or specific rush orders.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation for your order from us in our stated turnaround time of 31 non-holiday weekdays, we will send you 1/2 dozen of our gourmet marshmallows with your order for FREE! You have our word. Tookie's Guarantee. (gourmet marshmallow flavor will be what we have freshly made that day.)

Turnaround Time Information:
Our delectables are made in small batches to order. We have been blessed with Tookies Orders!! And a Turnaround time is necessary right now, because we still want to make sure that your order is completely hand-made! The minimum time for your order to be completed is 22 to 30 non-holiday weekdays (excluding weekends & holidays) (not including shipping time usually 2 to 5 business days in the US). (we do have a "Rush Order" option- see below) Please be patient. Our Turnaround Time can change to a shorter or longer period of time, so please check this announcement for updates. It can happen that we go over our stated turnaround time that is why it is very important that if you need your order by a certain date you must let us know ASAP. We are all about making you quality delectables...not a speedy delivery.

Shipping Information:
We ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time as noted above is 2-5 business days. If you need expedited/Express Mail shipping, you will need to request this from us in advance, and pay the extra shipping charges, and we will set you up a custom listing for the extra charges.

We can do rush orders depending on order volume . Please note that we have 'rush order' options to pick from in our shoppe depending on your order total (excludes shipping). A rushed order would be any order needed before 14 non-holiday weekdays. We also offer Express Mail Overnight Shipping** for rush orders, for extra shipping costs. Both rushed orders and express mail shipping need to be specifically requested, so please just shoot us a convo and we will work out the details with you ") (**we do not make a profit on express shipping--this just an extra service we offer so that you may receive your order sooner.) Please note that rush orders for holiday shipments cannot be performed after deadline order dates.

All Tookies are made the day they ship - with the exception of our marshmallows and smores jars and smore-wiches, they take two days to make.

Our delectables are best consumed within 1 to 2 weeks. When a special date is requested we ship 2 to 3 days before your requested date. This is done to ensure you have the freshest sweets possible. If this is a problem you must contact us ASAP and let us know.

**What is a weekday? It is a non-holiday Monday-Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend it is received on that Monday. It can happen that we go over our stated turnaround time, things happen. That is why it is very important that if you need your order by a certain date you must let us know ASAP.

We'd like to find out BEFORE there is a problem with your order, rather than read in feedback that their WAS.
