Q: Why is your store always empty?
A: Lately, everything has been selling out very quickly..usually in the first few minutes. Please check back at the above listing date for new designs/a chance to buy something for yourself! :)

Q: Why are your designs usually size XS/S/M - what about size L/XL etc?
A: My designs usually run on the small side because Toxic Vision is still a one-of-a-kind based company run by one person, so it just makes sense for me to make things in a size that I can easily fit and model myself - it just makes things easier and more efficient! I do have plans for expansion so you can expect to see larger sizes soon.

Q: I don't see an item in your etsy store that I see on your facebook page/tumblr/somewhere else, how can I buy it?
A: Everything I make is one of a kind - meaning there is only one available. If you do not see it in the etsy store, that means it is already sold, or not yet listed! Please check the Toxic Vision fanpage on facebook for listing times/sneak previews of what will be up for grabs next :)

Q: I love something that is already sold, will you remake it for me/special order/private sale?
A: Due to high demand and limited time in my schedule, I do not remake items/ custom orders etc...unless it is for a very special project or band/artist that will benefit my portfolio.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: I do not do custom orders unless it is for a very special project that I am very super excited about or for a kickass band/artist etc that will benefit my portfolio IF time allows!

Q: Can you hold/reserve/presale an item to me before it goes for sale on etsy?
A: Absolutely not. Due to high demand, you MUST purchase the items through etsy - when they become available. Otherwise it wouldn't be fair to everyone else!
