In my other life I work with animal rescue in NYC. We are trying to make NYC a no kill city, which means no adoptable animal will be killed in the city shelters. In 2009 14,000 cats, dogs and rabbits were euthanised because someone threw them out, gave them up because they were moving or a reason as heart breaking as "I don't want it anymore". This is a very strong passion of mine and 10% of any product that uses an animal printed fabric will be donated to NYC Animal Care and Control http://www.nycacc.org/
