NOTE: I do take special requests BUT I will not digitize any licensed characters or other copyright images.

I try to email your download as quickly as possible, on some days any orders placed after 5pm may not be sent until the next morning. On the weekends and during the holidays my response time may be slower. Keep in mind that I have a family too so I may not always be at the computer :0)

And keep in mind that you MUST have an Embroidery Machine to use my designs and if you purchase a font, you must have software to be able to merge the letters together to form a name before sending it to your machine. Due to the electronic nature of the design NO REFUNDS will be given.
