My items are one-off hand selected vintage china pieces with text and drawings hand painted in French Porcelain paint and heat fused for use.

Each item is OAAK, NO reserves will be placed.
No exchanges can be made so please choose carefully
Once you buy payment is expected within 48 hours unless you have a prior arrangement.

Thanks for looking at my shop!
Most of my items are vintage and therefore from a pre-dishwasher, pre-microwave era. I use french porcelain paint which will only endure dining if you hand-wash items gently and avoid overheating. This may vary depending on the age and wear of the individual item. All items are sent out with a product care label.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders require a small deposit of $10 to secure them via paypal.
Payment is by Paypal for all orders outside of NZ.
China is LIMITED and ONE OF A KIND so specific designs are not always available.
Once the order is completed and listed the remaining payment is due within a 7 day period,

Payment

Paypal is the only payment method I use for International sales.
If you dont have a paypal account it is possible to pay by credit card via paypal.
I do not accept money orders or checks.
Unless you have made a special arrangement with me all payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase. If payment is not made by this time then the sale will be canceled and items re-listed.
I do not exchange goods please choose carefully.

Shipping

I ship international air- it's expensive but I subsidize it to bring you goods at an affordable price quickly. If you want insurance, track and trace or have a strict deadline, please ask as it is extra and even more expensive but not subsidized.
I ship EVERYWHERE- worldwide- spin a globe and wherever your finger lands I will send an item.
If the item you bought is returned to me, additional postage costs will apply if you want me to resend it, so be very certain of your postal details when buying something.
Sometimes postal centers are guilty of mis-sorting and this can result in a delayed parcel. Unfortunately if this happens you are simply unlucky and I do not compensate for this as it is beyond my control.
I use recycled boxes, bubblewrap and polychips for packaging- not always pretty to look at but as sturdy as I can make it.
Please send additional postage details eg, a change of address or other messages in with your etsy order or convo me.
Many of my boxes are outsized and this may result in a card to call left instead of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have a guarantee of refund or redo for damage. This requires photo evidence. I'm the last stop on the globe so I don't offer exchanges- please choose carefully.

COPYRIGHT LAW:
Copyright does not protect titles, names, short phrases, slogans, familiar symbols or designs, etc (see Etsy Copyright FAQ)
It is purely coincidental therefore if in my artwork the use of words or short phrases relates to a logo or brand name, as this is not my intention and is not just cause for complaint.

Wholesale inquiries can be made directly to me through etsy convo.
I will try to get to all requests but sometimes I am just too busy!
