My love of nature is reflected in my photographs. As a child, and now, it holds deep meaning for me.

truis' Shop Policies

Welcome

Hi! Welcome to my store. My photographs are a reflection of my love of nature. I hope you enjoy them too.

Payment

At this point in time, I accept money orders, cheques, or paypal.
The item will be shipped once the money order or cheque clears or paypal says it has been paid.

If I haven't received payment within 2 weeks, I will consider it unsold and will relist the item.

At this point taxes are included in the listing price. I do not know if customs will add an additional charge or not. Perhaps you could let me know. The customs charge will be paid by the buyer.

Shipping

Different items will be shipped by different methods. At this point I am only listing photographs and greeting cards, and they will be shipped as follows.

All items up to 8x10 in size will be shipped in a hard photo envelope or protected with hard cardboard inside a bubble envelope. Items larger than 8x10 will be shipped loosely rolled in a tube. They will be shipped by regular mail unless otherwise requested.

If special paper is requested, such as watercolor paper, it may have to be shipped flat, in which case a much higher shipping cost is incurred and will be charged.

All customs will be paid by the buyer. Please confirm that you have received the item.

The seller may decide to send by traceable mail or where a signature is required.

Items will not be insured for shipment. If they should be received in damaged condition, please mail it back to me, and I will refund the cost of the item or replace it, if possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items will not be insured for shipment. If they should be received in damaged condition, please mail it back to me, and I will refund the cost of the item or replace it, if possible.
