My name is Noa Bar On and I am a young Israeli Textile and Fashion
Designer. My company's name is Tsifca, which is the Hebrew slang word
for Bobbin (that small spool the thread is wound upon in a sewing
machine..) My work is often described as comfortable casual wear with
a spin of childhood fantasy ♥.
