turtleparktots' Shop Policies

Payment

Paypal is the only method of payment I am currently accepting; Orders are payable in US Dollars; Full payment is due upon order. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the sale the purchase will be canceled and item(s) will be relisted; No orders will be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order via USPS standard or priority mail (International orders will be shipped International First Class). Please contact me if you would like the order shipped by a different method.

Domestic Shipping-
Generally, items less than $15 will be shipped via USPS First Class; Items over $15 will be shipped via USPS Priority

Rates are discounted if items are shipped together. Rates can include a minimal packaging fee.

Orders will be shipped to the address listed on the Etsy registration and will be matched to the address on Paypal. Please indicate if you wish your purchase to be sent to another address or multiple addresses. Shipping to multiple address will require additional shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am proud of my work and I stand behind it. I will accept returned items original conditions within 7 days of purchase. Refunds - minus Shipping and Tax - will be sent within 3 days of receiving returned item.
