All of my tulle is made in the USA and is flame retardant for the safety of your little one. My ribbon is heat sealed to prevent fraying for many years of enjoyment.

Please read my policies page if you have any questions and please note that since all of my tutus are handmade when you order them; my make time is 5 business days on tutus and bows and 10 business days if there is an item that needs personalization.

During November and December my ship times will be about 2 days longer.
