TURNAROUND TIME: The current turnaround time for every design in my shop is 48 hours AFTER payment is complete. Each additional proof is another 24-48 hours from the time you request additional changes.
I work and fill orders each night and some mornings. I am a mommy first, so if I don't email or message you back right away, do not be alarmed! I will respond to your question within 24 hours. :)
***All orders are processed online and are emailed in high resolution JPEG and/or PDF files to meet your needs. You will be able to print and use your files at your own convenience using your home printer, local print and copy center or photo lab, or printing websites.***
