My search to find the best way to express my spirit in my art has been a fun, exciting, and sometimes exasperating journey. I have never really believed in the notion of following "the rules". It never seemed to be a creative option for me. I realized that what I want is to really express my art in my own way.

I'm not really sure how I got started using wire as a medium, its one of those things that my brain decided wasn't important to keep. I started playing around with wire and it kind of grew from there. My critters grow from images in my head or a photograph will spur me to create something new. Mainly I just have fun and they make me laugh, you can't be down and look at one of my critters.
