The method of payment we accept is Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay through Paypal with Visa or Mastercard. Just click the Paypal button and choose option ‘I don’t have a Paypal account.’ Then you can pay with your credit card. Your payment must be made at the time of purchase. If you do not pay within 24 hours and we do not hear from you, we will have to cancel your order.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We can’t be responsible for packages that are mailed to the wrong address.
Domestic: We will mail small items using USPS First Class. We will send other orders by Priority Mail.
International: You will be responsible for any fees charged by customs.
Unless you have asked for a specialty order, we will mail your purchase as soon as we receive your payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, unless there is a particular issue such as (damage in transit, etc). Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems and we’ll work with you to solve the issue.

Care and Upkeep
Your bag can be spot treated with a damp cloth and mild cleanser. Please do not dry clean it, nor immerse it in water.
It is possible that we can create a special order for you. If you would like one, please contact us so we can discuss it in detail. If we need to add any additional charges to your order, we will let you know.
