•Our Shop made all these ''ARTISANAL PIECES'' by hand, PLEASE READ THE
DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASING!
•ALL BUTTERFLIES are printed ONE SIDE.
•Please consider a little variation on the visual content and products. If one
monitor has a higher bit depth than the other, it will affect the resolution and
how colors show up on different screens.
•MATERIAL'S SPECIFICATIONS are in the description of the item. Any of our
PRODUCTS and MATERIALS are waterproof
•PICTURES display the style, design and colors , NOT THE SIZES
•EDIBLE BUTTERFLIES & VELLUM & CARD-STOCK BUTTERFLIES will be shipped
FLAT, customers will have to fold the wings up to create that flattery effect on
the wings.
•PLASTIC BUTTERFLIES will be sent already shaped/folded ready to install.
•SHOP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE when customers purchase INCORRECT ITEMS,

•CARD-STOCK BUTTERFLIES is you are not familiarized with the material,
thickness and weight please ask or request more information. One of our
recycled card-stock paper (card stock paper 80 lb. Acid Free, 30% post-
consumer fiber) may result thinner sensation compared to the Premium
Card-Stock( Card-Stock Vellum, 67 lb, White Brightness )
•ADHESIVES for butterflies: you will receive 1 adhesive per piece and 15% of
extra pieces (example: you order 100 pieces, you will receive 15 extra
adhesives. if you order a 12 pieces you will receive 1-3 extra pieces.
•SILK BUTTERFLIES are created with 2 layers. please be aware that pictures
display the style, design and colors , NOT THE SIZES. Crystals are optional,
you would need to add them to your cart as an additional feature on the
pieces.

♥♥♥♥♥♥Regardless of package origin and destination, local or international SHIPPING COMPANIES ARE ALL EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN SERVICE!!!They are working hard and taking all reasonable measures to minimize impact to our customers. Please consider these potential delays when ordering and choosing your shipping option.


♥♥♥♥♥♥ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED PACKAGE INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19 AND INFLATION. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND REMAIN COMMITTED TO DELIVERING THE HOLIDAYS TO YOU. Packages may certainly result in longer transit times than normal. USPS slow down some mail delivery across the country and internationally.


♥♥♥♥♥♥Shop will keep promising the TIME FRAME OF THE PRODUCTION, will keep proof of the dispatched items (picture of the package or receipt from post Office ''if available'' upon location). Claims to open a case are available for 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
If there is a delay in your package or the tracking is not available after package was picked up by the post office carriers , please allow 2-3 days. some times carriers scan the packages when arrive next location. After 5 days please contact us to open a case for the claim.The shop will compromise to open a case with the postal office and do the follow up during 2-3 weeks or until the case is close.
If after 2-3 weeks or the case is closed the package result to be lost the the Shop UNIQ-D will not take responsibility unless the order is upgraded with insurance.
