We focus our energies and creativity on making affordable, durable and unique jewelry pieces - all items that we do or would want to wear ourselves or enjoy giving to friends and relatives.
Payment
PAYMENT: We appreciate prompt payment and accept Paypal, Personal Checks, Money Orders.
TEXAS TAXES: Howdy Neighbor! We hope you won’t think unkindly of us but we will have to charge you 8.250%.
Shipping
PACKAGING: We send each of our creations carefully wrapped in as much RECYCLED and GREEN packaging as we can while ensuring safe delivery.
GIFT WRAP: SENDING A GIFT? Terrific! Send us a CONVO or let us know in the "NOTES TO SELLER" during checkout. All of our jewelry will arrive gift wrapped, but let us know if you need a complimentary gift tag! OR, let us know the occasion and any special requests and will ship directly to the recipient. Provide us with the following information: recipients address, “To”, “From”, Occasion Date/Deadline. Send this in a CONVO or in the NOTES TO SELLER. We will get right back to you to confirm the information.
SHIPPING: We usually ship within 7 days following receipt of payment....but custom orders may take 1-3 weeks. And we SHIP TO YOUR ETSY ADDRESS unless you SPECIFICALLY request otherwise in a CONVO or in the NOTES TO SELLER during checkout. Please CONFIRM that your ETSY address is correct!
USA: We will ship First Class with Delivery Confirmation unless you convo us with a different preference.
CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA: We will ship First Class unless you convo us with a different preference.
EVERYWHERE ELSE: Welcome all INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS! We will ship first class unless you convo us with a different preference.

Shipments are shipped USPS. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not mark international orders as "gift", that is against the law and I could face heavy fines and/or lose our business license.
Refunds and Exchanges
SATISFACTION and RETURNS: We work hard to ensure our creations will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so together we can determine the best course of action which may be a replacement, repair or return( less shipping fees). We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Custom made creations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may occasionally be a final sale; please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
