I am taking a break from etsy for a while. As some of you may know, I used to work for Aloha Airlines in Hawaii( I left a year ago). This company has been in business for the past 61 years, but on March 31, the company shut its doors. I was able to be there with my fellow co-workers when the last flight arrived. It was a sad day for Hawaii! a week later and everyone is still in a state of shock. So together with my husband, we are managing a website(www.ShareAlohaHawaii.org) for the employees, to accept donations and for people to make donations. Also together with our church Wellspring Covenant Church, we open up the church for food and fellowship, along with free haircuts and resume help and a time of healing for the employees every Tues. Thank you for taking a stroll thru Valeries Cottage! All of my Jewelry and Bags are lovingly handmade by myself. I try to check my work and hope that it is of the best workmanship! If there is an item that does not meet up to those standards, please send me a note(email) within 30 days of purchase and hopefully we can work it out or even do an exchange!

Will list items as soon as I am finished making them! I have a few vintage fabrics including Antique kimonos that were handed down from my grandma, so if you love vintage, please visit again soon!
