I am shipping from Israel so please take into account shipping times.

Payment
All order will be shipped by registered mail to your ETSY ADDRESS provided, unless otherwise noted.
Payment by PayPal :
a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you do not need to sign up to use their service, and can pay directly through their site by credit card.
Immediate payment is much appreciated. Payment is required within 48 hours.

International buyers may be subject to import duties and/or taxes - these are the responsibility of the buyer. If a shipment is rejected because of customs charges or refusal to accept delivery, the buyer will be fully responsible for any fee incurred, including international shipment and handling.
Shipping
All items are boxed and carefully wrapped to insure safe arrival.
All purchases are shipped within 3 days of payment receipt, unless otherwise stated in the listing for that item (ie, made to order items are normally shipped within 5 working days of payment receipt).
I cannot ship Fridays and Saturdays or on Israeli Holidays as the post offices are closed, so I will ship on the next business day.
Shipping within Israel: by registered mail.
International shipping: I ship worldwide by registered AirMail.
All shipping is 4.5$ (4.5$ for first item and 0.5$ for each additional item).
Delivery time varies. Please allow 3-4 weeks. Delivery to the US generally takes between 10-21 days.
For an additional charge of +/- $25, you can upgrade to courier shipping (EMS service) which takes between 3-7 days. If you would like to upgrade, please contact me PRIOR to purchase, so I can check with the post office for the exact cost and change the listing accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
I aspire to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, convo me and I will make it right. Returns must be mailed back to me insured and at the buyers expense within 7 days of receipt and the purchase price will be refunded minus 15% for handling. I regret that I cannot refund shipping charges.
Custom and wholesale orders require non-refundable payment up front.

Following are some instructions regarding your purchase. These guidelines will ensure your beadwoven jewelry piece will remain as beautiful in the future as on the day you bought it.
Jewelry bought from the shops of EBW Team members is hand-made from tiny glass beads and thread or cord. As any other piece of valued jewelry it requires special care.
Please store your beadwoven items in the original package in a dry place that is protected from direct sunlight. EBW Team members use only high quality materials in their creations; however, many types of seed beads can tarnish, change, or even loose their color if stored in high moisture, heat or sunlight. Those conditions may also damage the thread, making it brittle. A soft pouch will prevent seed beads, crystals and gems in your woven items from chipping and scratching. Avoid dropping or tossing your beadwoven jewelry onto hard surfaces.
Never expose beadwoven jewelry to water, perfume or any other chemicals (including soap and other detergents, crèmes, lotions, disinfectants, etc.). Do not wear it when doing dishes, taking showers or swimming. Make sure to take it off before going to bed.
If these recommendations for care are not followed, we cannot guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products, nor their durability. When properly cared for beadwoven jewelry will serve you for many years to come and may even stay in your family for generations.
