What is the status of my shipped parcel and what if I miss delivery?
All orders are shipped with tracking. It is your responsibility as the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information will allow you to estimate when your order will be delivered as well as alert you to missed delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action. Should the addressee fail to collect or arrange redelivery of the parcel within the carrier's time frames resulting in it being “returned to sender”, the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent re-delivery charges incurred.
What if my parcel is delayed, damaged or lost in transit?
We endeavour to pack your orders securely before shipping them out. Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In these events, we cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to Australia Post but we will do our best to assist you in liaising with them to resolve the issue or to file a claim if required. Most shipments are automatically covered by Australia Post up to a set value.
If you have provided an incorrect/incomplete shipping address in your order, you will be responsible for any resulting delays, re-delivery charges, damage or losses (as parcels are not guaranteed to be returned to us after they go to the wrong address).
