Custom made items are generally through my website and Occasionally listed on sale here in my Etsy shop. Many of my clients purchase exclusively custom made garters at my website. Here... I sell My Designer garter samples which are already handmade. Since they are not Custom they are listed at discount and clearance prices! I do offer a few totally custom made heirloom designer garters as well - the description will tell if it is CUSTOM.
