My name is Rebeka and Victoria Westbury, well, she is a place.....

Located in a street called Westbury, in the Bayside Suburb of St Kilda in the southern state of Victoria down under in Australia, is the space that contains her. The Tyranny of Distance vanishes as vintage is global and the pursuit of fashion free will universal.

My initial reason for wanting to open up an Etsy store was to make one off dresses but found I was a better spotter than buttonholer. I work in the printing industry by day and the very unbalanced balance of my time is spent sourcing clothes that I think are remarkable.

My affinity for clothes may have come from my seamstress mother who I patiently accompanied as a child through a corridors of fabric rolls taller than me, swinging under the high pattern catalogue tables while she leafed through the pattern books .... or maybe it was the afternoon gathering of women for a communal sewing session with the intermittent shrill of a sewing machine and sound of big scissors rhythmically cutting and the deliberate last snip would see the fabric fall away from the table.
