***********HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK*************
When you want something custom designed, convo me. I will do a reserved listing for you. {on the items in the shop that are always customized . . . you will just need to purchase that item and then convo me} I will usually get a digital mockup or proof to you within a week of the purchase. (during especially busy times, you may not receive your digital proof until a day or two before shipping. This will not delay your order!) I will wait for your approval before I finish your order and prepare it for shipping. If you want something changed on the proof . . . I will work with you until we have something that you love! If you want it sooner, convo me and I will try to get your item to you in the time frame you request, if at all possible.
