As of Today Feb 20th, 2012 we are shipping about 7-8 business days from the time you place your order. If you need it sooner please convo us and we will do everything possible to accomodate you.

Normal Baking schedule is as follows:( please note we are running a few days behind due to Valentine's day rush)

Order Monday----------- Ships on Following Monday
Order Tuesday______Ships on Following Monday
Order Wednesday____Ships on Following Tuesday
Order Thursday______Ships on Following Tuesday
Order Friday------------Ships on Following Wednesday
Order Saturday_____Ships on Following Wednesday
Order Sunday---------- Ships on Following Wednesday

Please allow 2-3 business days from the time they ship to arrive.

NEED YOUR COOKIES IN A HURRY ? WE ACCEPT rush orders depending on work volume . Please note a 25% Surcharge applies to the total amount of the order ( does not include shipping). We also have EXPRESS NEXT day SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR RUSH ORDERS. ( Please note we do not make a profit on express shipping. We offer the service for rush orders and your convenience)

All our baked goods are made FRESH to order; NOTHING sits on the shelves around here.

If you have an upcoming event, we strongly encourage you to pre-order. We ask that you allow us a 2-3 week period before your event as we fill up fast .

If you need them sooner, we will do everything we can to accommodate you , please do not hesitate to convo us.. We are VERY convo friendly :)

For pre-orders, we will make sure you receive your cookies about two days before your event in order to ensure maximum freshness.

WE can also pretty much create ANYTHING under the sun for you, so let us know if you are looking for something in particular that you do not see in our shop and we will be happy to make it for you, as that is our specialty.

We normally bake large orders out of a shared Commercial Kitchen in Northern VA; otherwise everything is baked in an ultra clean, smoke free, pet free kitchen. We hold a VA Food Handlers License Cert #428781.

Please note, for extreme rush orders (within 48-72 hours we apply a 25% rush surcharge) . We also have express mail available at an extra charge ( please send us your zip code in a convo and we will let you know how much it is for express shipping. We do not make money from shipping
