Welcome to waterpath designs! We specialize in handmade clutches and bags.
Please contact us with any questions--we would love to hear from you!
We accept credit card payments through Etsy Direct Checkout, and we also accept PayPal, and major credit cards through PayPal checkout.
E-check payments through PayPal are accepted, but items ordered will not be created or shipped until the payment has cleared.
If you have any questions or need clarification on any of our policies, please contact us.
PayPal and Etsy addresses must match unless you are purchasing a gift--let us know and we can include a gift card with a message from you as well. We will ship to the address on your payment invoice unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. If you would like to ship to a different address, please leave a note in the "message to seller" section at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct so you receive your items in a timely manner.
We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on which method will ship your item(s) the quickest for the quoted shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DEADLINE:
The international shipping deadline for delivery by Christmas has already passed. At this point we cannot be confident your items will arrive in time for holiday gift-giving.
International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.
We ship via USPS First Class International. Shipment times can vary quite a bit, anywhere from 2-6 weeks, so please order with this in mind if you need an item for an event.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy from us, but if for any reason you need an exchange or refund, here are the guidelines:
Returns are accepted if return postage is dated within 14 days of shipping date--provided the product shows no signs of use. We will refund the cost of the item, shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, just contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
We love what we do, and we want to be sure that you are happy with the items you purchase from us. If you aren't, for any reason, please contact us--we respond quickly and we are happy to work with our customers to make sure your shopping experience is exceptional.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Need 4 or more clutches in a hurry?
Sometimes we are busier than others, and while we will do everything in our power to make and ship your clutches on a short deadline, there are times when we are too busy to do so. That is why we request that you contact us before purchasing 4 or more clutches out of our shop inventory. If we are booked with other orders, and we are not able to make and ship your clutches with confidence that they will arrive in time, we reserve the right to not accept the order and/or cancel an order that was not pre-scheduled.
