There were some concerns of elastic hurting little kids chins/neck. So far, I have had no problems with that situation; our elastic is very thin and soft. However, if you want no elastic- please let me know! :)

Everything is made out of FABRICS... no paper is used (except for cardstock which is used for shape in our Birthday Hats). So there is no TEAR or WEAR with our Birthday Items!
Fabrics, embellishments & ribbons are either new or vintage to be upcycled/reused! ALL fabrics are washed before using. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
