"What's under your kilt?" is the OTB line, and it's no flippant question. Hundreds of men in kilts have responded to the question behind the question, glad to share what got them into a kilt and why it has become a love affair.
OTB went from sourcing regular kilts for guys, to custom-made creations for characters whose bold statement to the world is long over-due.
