Payment
CUSTOM ORDERS
I accept custom orders on a limited basis. If you would like to work on a piece with me, I need to know exactly what you're looking for...... what materials you like, don't like .... what style or pieces you like from my sold items .... really, and info you think would help! I do charge extra for custom work. Payment is due when the piece is complete and listed in the shop. Also, there is an added time element for turnaround ... usually about 2 weeks.

I will happily reserve an item for you for 3 days only.
Shipping

All items are ready to ship when you place your order unless otherwise noted. They are already made and waiting to be shipped off to their new homes :)
Shipping is usually the next day after you pay for your item(s). If you need next-day or expedited service, send me a note and I am happy to add that option on for you.
WHERE TO?
Please let me know before paying if I should ship it somewhere besides your Etsy address. ALL ORDERS ARE SENT TO THE ETSY ADDRESS.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
I am happy to ship to anywhere in the wide world! (EXCEPT for most of the natural crowns.) Please be aware of your country's policies regarding the import of natural items. Also, some countries do charge customs fees for items over a certain dollar amount. I will not be responsible for paying this. Please learn about them and be prepared to pay if necessary. I will not lie on customs forms.
SHIPPING CAN TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS. I sadly have no control over this.
If you would like to have tracking for international orders, there is an additional fee. Please let me know before ordering for a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS
Please choose your items carefully. I do accept returns, but with certain conditions.
You must let me know within 3 days of the item being delivered that you will be returning it. Please send it back to me in its original packaging and in new condition.
I do not refund any shipping for returns.
I do not refund custom or customized pieces.
I do not accept returns for bridal fittings -- sorry, but you cannot "try before you buy."
**** There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on returns *** You will get back 85% of the purchase price. This fee does not apply for items damaged in shipping or otherwise damaged.
