We normally ship it about a week from order date. Currently we are shipping in about 7 - 10 business days. We ship USPS first class which takes 3 - 5 days within the United States and can take up to 6 weeks for international. Upgrade to Priority shipping is available and we do accept rush orders for a fee + cost of upgraded shipping. Please contact us if you require a shipping upgrade or rush order.

*Snake chains* - Yes we have finally brought them back by demand. We have UPGRADED all chains to sterling!! The photo will be updated soon.

What do our scrabble tile pendants really look like? The picture shown in our gift packs is an actual picture with no touch-up at all. The glare is real as we pour our epoxy (not brush or resin stickers) which gives it the glass look. We also use a laser printer to print all images.
