Wildcat Coffee Company is a small, artisan, hand roasting coffee company. We work with an amazing company that sources the finest micro lots of green coffee all over the world. This coffee is for the most discerning of palates as well as though who are just starting their adventure with fine coffee.

Because these lots are very small (no large lot, commodity coffee here!) they are offered in LIMITED QUANTITIES for only a limited amount of time. Most times the coffee has been purchased as part of a 'farm gate' purchasing program which ensures the farmer really does get the best possible price for their crop, no auction fees, no cooperative fees, no set 'fair trade' prices. Please don't ask for blends. We don't have any. Please note, too, that espresso is a procedure for brewing, not a roast level.

The bag in which your coffee is shipped is PERFECT for storage. It has a one-way valve that allows the CO2 from the freshly roasted beans to escape but no air to enter. Always store your coffee out of the fridge or freezer!
