Thank-you for visiting our shop. Here at Willowbird we want you to enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it! Please feel free to contact us before, during or after your purchase. We do our best to be globally conscious when creating our products so that we make as minimal impact on the environment as possible.
Please pay us via Paypal. We do not send out any orders until payment has been made in full.
Cancellation: You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and receive a full refund within 28 days of giving us notice of cancellation.
Goods supplied will normally be delivered within 30 working days of acceptance of the order. We endevour to post out orders within 2-3 working days.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to get a refund for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by you to us within 28 days of delivery. You will then be entitled to a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal costs if the goods are in fact defective. If the goods are being returned for any other reason, insurance must be paid on top of the postage charges at your expense.

Some of our products come as Kits. This is clearly shown when you purchase one. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or accidents that occur when assembling the product.
