Hello and welcome! I'm delighted you're here. My 100% linen home goods are inspired by a love of crafting, the natural world, and vintage, mod, boho design. But it's not just good looks that drive my work: sustainability is at the heart of all the materials and packaging I choose. All items are truly one-of-a-kind and crafted with care by yours truly, so you can feel good about bringing them into your home. I hope your Willow Ship purchases bring joy and long-lived usefulness to your family.
For all items, the base linen fabric is pre-washed with non-toxic, scent-free, biodegradable soap to remove sizing, block-printed with non-toxic water-based fabric inks, and heat-set for color permanence. My home-based studio is synthetic scent- and smoke-free. We have a cat but he is excluded from the studio floor of our home. Please convo me with any questions regarding allergies or other special concerns.
I accept Paypal. No Paypal account? No worries: you can pay with your credit card via Paypal. It's easy.
For all orders shipping to California addresses, the current sales tax rate will be added to your order (before shipping costs).
Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day: Tuesday or Friday. In order to include your order in a shipping day's batch, please place your order by 6PM PST on Monday or Thursday, respectively. This gives me a chance to pack up your order with care.
Please contact me if you have any problems completing the payment check-out. And please ensure that you've completed your payment at the time of ordering. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 days unless we've worked out a special arrangement.
If you need to cancel your order, please convo me immediately to stop the packing and shipping processes.
International buyers: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

All items ship out via USPS first class, at which time I'll convo you to let you know your item is on its way. If you require faster shipping, no problem: just convo me prior to your purchase and we can calculate the costs.
Are you outside the US or Canada? No problem. Convo me and I'll provide the shipping rate.
Insurance and tracking is not included with orders. If you would like it added to your shipping costs, please indicate it at the time of ordering. Willow Ship is not responsible for items lost in shipping.
Please ensure that your PAYPAL address is where your order should be sent, as I generate shipping labels out of PayPal. If you have an alternate address, please specify it at the time of ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want your Willow Ship items to find a happy home, so if you wish to discuss a return or exchange, please contact me within 3 (three) days of receipt of item(s) so we can work something out. I handle these requests on a case by case basis.
Any refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was made (minus shipping charges and a restocking fee of 3.5%) as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped, in the same packaging.
All returns or exchanges are to be shipped back at customers' expense.
Additional Policies and FAQs
+ LARGER QUANTITY ORDERS
I would be delighted to provide a listing for a larger quantity of an existing item, in an existing colorway and style. Just convo me and I'll set it up. Lead-times will be determined after receiving your request. There is no up-charge for special quantity orders.
+ CUSTOM COLOR ORDERS
At this time, I'm not offering custom colors.
+ COLORS & CONSISTENCY:
- All items are one-of-a-kind, printed by hand, so (very) slight variances may occur in placement and ink coverage.
- I mix large-ish batches of each ink color, but please note that there may be slight variance between batches. If you anticipate needing a certain quantity of one item, it's best to purchase it via a Special Quantity Order so that I can ensure all your items match beautifully.
- Please be aware that all computer monitors display color differently, though I always shoot in natural light and carefully color-correct product images prior to listing.
