Welcome to wimcee's whims and chickadees! My shop is an eclectic mix of the hand-crafted or hand-finished, each piece unique and fashioned with affection.

Apron couture is wimcee's mainstay - not everyone gets aprons, but if you do then these will sing to you. Each one is a unique combination of fabrics and trims, an over-the-top celebration of the domestic theatre, gently tongue-in-cheek, dress-ups for grown-ups, pretty, flattering, practical in design, generous. The perfect present for the domestic diva or kitchen queen, or a piece of self-recognition for the apron angel that you are yourself. (I also make and sell children's aprons).

My clothing range for children, wimcee's chickadees, is buzzing with boho chic and woodland woo-hoo, and I've now also included a few nuevo hippie adult's pieces.There are also new bags, totes and purses, knitted goods, table linen, and paper products, not all yet on view, but waiting in the wings as well so come back again soon!
