Payment
Prefer and accept PayPal ONLY (with or without Verified Account), but also Major Credit Cards (with logos such as Master Card, Visa, through PayPal etc.). Prompt payment is appreciated: PayPal payment (within 12 hours). Notification of a canceled purchased item must be within 12 hours of purchase because I try to ship "same day" if possible. If you are in need of canceling an order, follow the Etsy guidelines.
Shipping
Shipping method will be USPS unless requested otherwise. There may be additional fees for shipping method upgrade (such as UPS or FedEx). Combined shipping for items is listed in product detail section. Confirmation or insurance for shipped item must be requested before/during checkout. I am able to ship to the United States and Canada, but if you would like shipping elsewhere, please privately message BEFORE checkout and we can set it up.

Items such as handbags may be shipped in a 12"x 8.5" ULINE White Bubble Mailer that is moisture-proof, OR for larger, multiple purchases a recycled cardboard box with bubble-wrap or recycled local newspapers. Smaller purchases such as accessories may be shipped in a bubble mailer less than 12"x 8.5" and will always include a non-bill invoice.
Item shipped by USPS should be expected within 5 business days in the continental USA, up to 2 weeks for international shipping, after prompt payment unless falls on a holiday or weekend.
Custom order shipping dates will vary on order and will be discussed privately at time of inquiry.
Shipping to "Giftees" address MUST be stated at time of purchase, and MUST request a gift-receipt OR regular receipt will be included. Sorry, customized gift wrapping not available at this time, but items can be wrapped in tissue paper.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds for canceled purchased items must be requested within 12 hours. If your item appears damaged, it MUST be returned in order to have the purchased price (ONLY) refunded. Sorry, no refunds for shipping. If the purchased item is DAMAGED due to shipping and is the only one manufactured (OOAK or Custom Designed), we cannot replace the item with an identical one. If desired, we may be able to exchange it for an item of equal value. Once again, we do not reimburse shipping charges. I do take detailed photographs of my products and am aware of the pre-ship image.
AS I HAVE HAD difficult business in the past from my other Etsy Shop, I do not accept RETURNS based on second-thoughts, spite, or carelessness of the buyer. I also will not accept requests for items wanting to be canceled or returned past the 30 day mark of purchase. I will not be bullied into any other clauses brought up by the buyer in terms of threats, PayPal matters, or other issues that might occur. You the buyer are responsible for reading all the descriptions and shop policies before your purchase.
