If you place a custom order and I do not have the materials needed, a 50% deposit is required before I can proceed with your order. Some materials may be difficult to obtain and may need to be ordered, so please allow between 2-4 weeks for a custom order to be completed. If I have the materials needed to complete your custom order, I will make a custom order listing for you for the full price of the item, plus shipping and will ship within two weeks of your buying the item. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
