Little Fawn has been my alias for years now on many sites, and because that user name was already taken here, I had to settle for "xoxolittlefawn". I've had my Etsy account for a couple years now, but didn't open up my shop until a couple of months ago, right before I was ready to graduate from UCLA. This was a time when I was panicking-- about how I was going to make money, what I would do after I graduated, what kind of job I was going to get... I was freaking out, so for the time being, Etsy was my solution. I graduated from Art school but i'm not very talented when it comes to things like drawing and painting, i'm actually really terrible at those things. Photography is the only medium which I have any ounce of talent in, but since I mostly only do portraits, I thought "who the hell is going to want to buy pictures of people they don't even know?" So I went with making iPhone cases. Random, I know. But so far, it's been an excellent idea. I've been using my shop as a way to keep myself creating while i've been finishing up my degree and make the money I need to pay the bills. I thank every one of you who have purchased from me or favorited one of my items for your support, it means so much. I'm not so leery of life after college anymore and I have the time I need to keep doing what I love, and I couldn't be more thankful! xox
