What is this shop default shipping delivery?
Your order will be shipped via 'Standard Priority' delivery as default due to high costs. However, if you would like your order to be posted with tracking, just update your shipping option at checkout to the 'Tracked' service.
What if an order is lost or delayed?
If you haven't purchased tracking delivery at checkout, there's not much I can do about delayed or lost items. Always be sure to double check if the delivery adress is correct or contact your post office if there is any lost parcel with your name on it.
Remember there's a third party making the connection between seller and buyer.
