Yah Bags are built with fabrics that have stood the test of time. Providing their loving owners with comfort, safety, and trust for many years. That's what I put into my bags, and what I want you the buyer to feel when you own one.
Please note that because the fabrics are not new... there may be inconsistencies in the color, small marks and spots. These only add to the charm and uniqueness of each bag. It's not they're fault, they've lived a long life and have earned every mark.
I accept Paypal only. I have the right to cancel the transaction if this criteria isn't met. If you have a special request for payment or you need extra time, please contact me so that we may reach an agreement. I am very flexible if the lines of communication are open. Thanks!
Your item will ship within 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner please contact me BEFORE you purchase, so that we may work something out. I quote the cheapest shipping. This means that it can take up to 2-3 weeks for item to arrive in North America and longer over seas. If you want insurance, tracking, faster time etc. - please request a price before you purchase anything. Your package will be sent to the address that matches etsy AND Paypal. I will not say the item I am sending is a gift. It is your responsibility to pay customs.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. The shipping cost also includes packing materials... ie: tape, box, envelope, paper.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not available. All sales are final.
If there is a problem and we cannot resolve it than the only alternative is a shop credit for the goods only - this does not include postage. This is only available if irrefutable evidence is found that I was in error. The item must be returned to me in the same condition it was sent, within 10 days of receiving it. You must purchase a tracking number so the item does not get lost in the mail. Once I have inspected the item to make sure the condition is what it was sent in, you will have credit only. To be used within 2 months from the date granted.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders are to be paid in full within 3 days of completion. If the item is not paid for, and the buyer has not contacted me, the item will be made available for sale to the etsy community. I do allow items to be reserved for 24hrs. After that point if the item has not been purchased, it will be taken off reserve.
