I make these little stitchmarkers with polymer clay. I use sterling silver 'findings' and the jump rings are the soldered type. They are nice and smooth to reduce the chance of them catching on your yarn. To give you some idea of size, each animal will fit in a 'box' approx. 15mm square.

They are available in sets of 3 and in 2 different sizes:
Small - to fit up to 3.25mm needles - great for socks!
Medium - to fit up to 5.00mm needles

Yarnimals usually available include sheep, ladybirds and chickens. Sometimes others will put in an appearance, depending on my mood ;-) You might see blackbirds, robins, parrots or pigs!

Yarnimals are also available as earrings, again using sterling silver findings.
