Welcome

Hello! We're a husband and wife duo that enjoying creating art through a team effort. Our four-legged kiddos have inspired us to create a line of mini, cheerful works of art that you see here in our shop. The items you see here have been created by us for no particular reason other than good ol' fashioned fun.

If you're interested in custom artwork of your pup (or cat or bunny or chinchilla or, well, you get the idea), we do our best to offer that item in our Etsy shop as much as time allows. Additionally, please check our Policies and FAQs at the bottom of this page. There you'll find details on handling custom orders at any time directly through our shop over at our blog, yellowbrickhome.com.

Payment

We happily accept PayPal and credit card payments through PayPal.

Prompt payment is strongly urged. If payment is not pending after five days, the sale will be subject to termination.

Shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped to you once payment has cleared. All purchases will be shipped via US Postal Service. You can trust that your item(s) will be carefully wrapped and protected for transit. All purchased items will be shipped within 48 business hours following your cleared payment.

Estimated arrival times vary, but item(s) shipped within the continental United States can usually be in your mailbox within 8-10 business days, assuming prompt payment within 24 hours of purchase. Please keep in mind that those are delivery estimates, and you may receive item(s) sooner or later depending on your location.

In the case that you've purchased custom artwork, we ask that you allow an average of 6 weeks, as each piece is crafted with careful consideration. This time frame allows the necessary cushion for dialogue.

Refunds and Exchanges

Of course we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but in the off chance that you encounter a problem, please let us know immediately. We will remedy the situation on a case by case basis.

Custom work is our specialty. We'll work as a team to create a piece that's a one-of-a-kind, just for you. Once payment has been received, we’ll provide you with instructions and all those necessary details to stay fully informed of the entire process from step one. Prices in our shop are non-negotiable. Wholesale inquires are welcomed.
