yo2 (yarn over twice) {a knitting term}:
new life for an old sweater that fondly remembers the yarn of its youth but looks forward to its new bagxperience.

These are wonderful bags for knitting/crochet/needlework or just carting stuff around everyday. I wanted a knitting bag that had a big bottom and wouldn't fall over when I was working out of it. The result is yo2 bags which have been very well received locally.

I carry one everyday and absolutely love it. It's my purse/knitting bag all in one. There are never two alike - can't happen. I love making each one unique and individual, one at a time.
I apologize for my photography - no skill there at all! The bags are so much nicer in person!

Each yo2 bag is created of:
felted wool (and other animal fiber) sweaters,
quality cotton fabric lining with batting interlining;
double batting and plastic canvas base for sturdiness;
lined pockets inside and out;
an inside tab with 'D' ring for snapping on keys, stitch
marker holders, etc;
webbing handles for durability (about 25" long);
an attached coiless pin with a coordinating handmade stitch marker;
a button or two; some with funky closures.
